castor / olive / vegetable oil + lemon +
iodine bath – mix each ingredient in a small amount and massage gently each
nail. After 10 minutes wash your hands.

7)
broth oak bark or chamomile bath –
keep your fingers in the broth for 15 minutes.

8)
chamomile and beer bath – pour a
chamomile with warm beer. Keep your hands in the bath for 15 minutes.

9)
mint bath – crushed mint pour with
boiling water (infuse over 10 minutes). Then put your hands in the bath for 15
minutes.

10)
lemon bath – take two lemons, make 5
holes in each lemon and stick your fingers into the lemon holes. 10 minutes
will be enough.

Any
of the mentioned procedures can be done 1-3 times a week, not to over saturate
the nail plate and let it rest until the next bath. Now you have a list of
